I received both my Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from Minot State University. After returning to Manitoba, I started my career in the Southern Health-Sante Sud Health Region at Boundary Trails Health Centre working with the birth-5 years population. I was then lucky enough to work for Prairie Spirit School Division, which is my local school community with the school-age population and later joined the PROMISE Years team of therapist to support preschoolers and school-age students. I have been so very fortunate to work with teams of wonderful therapists and teachers from occupational therapists (OT), physiotherapists (PT) child development workers, teachers, administrators, and other SLPs who have taught me many, many things throughout the years.
